Sister *****, I place my hands upon thy head and according to thy desire I seal upon thee a patriarchal blessing, and it shall be a guide in thy life and the Lord will make known to thee thy mission for which thou was sent down upon the earth.

Dear Sister, thou wast faithful in the spirit world, and was permitted to come down upon the earth in the dispensation of the fullness of times, being born of goodly parents, heir to the blessing pertaining to the Kingdom of God. Thou art one of God's noble daughters, thou art of the lineage of Joseph, through the loins of Ephraim and are now living in the fulfillment of a patriarchal blessing, given under the hands of the patriarch Jacob. Thy name is recorded in the Lamb's "Book of Life," and to thy faithfulness shall remain. Thou art greatly blessed, receiving thy blessing in the House of the Lord, and it is thy privilege to continue thy labors in the temples of the Lord, for the redemption of the dead, and there shall be great rejoicing behind the veil, on account of thy labors, for there are many waiting to receive their blessings, and it is thy privilege to live and witness many changes take place in the church.

The wicked and ungodly shall be as dry branches and shall be broken off. The church shall be cleansed and purified, and prepared to live the United Order, and you shall witness the power of God manifest in the earth. Thou shalt witness the elders go forth in God's power and the righteous shall be gathered from the four corners of the earth, and the people shall be prepared for the coming of the Lord. It is thy privilege, dear sister, to consecrate thy life, thy labors, thy talents with thy husband, and all that the Lord shall give thee, and lay it at the feet of the servants of God and live the United Order, and witness the redemption of Zion, the building of the new Jerusalem, and thou shalt continue and follow the teachings of the prophets of God, that with thy husband thou shalt enjoy the blessings sealed upon him by the servant of the Lord, both in this life and in the life come.

Thou shalt not want for the necessities of life. Thou shalt administer to the wants of the poor, the needy, and administer to the wants of the widow and fatherless. Keep thy body clean and unspotted from sin. Observe the Words of Wisdom, and thy body shall be strong and healthy and thou shalt live and the destroyer shall not have power to take thy life until thou has finished thy work. Thou shalt administer to the wants of the poor, thou shalt bless the sick, thou shalt teach the saints and become a leader among women, a teacher among the young, and an example for those around you, that many shall follow thee.

Thy offspring shall love thee and obey thee and shall call thee blessed, and thou shalt have joy in thy posterity. And through thy faithfulness, I seal these blessing upon thee, and I seal thee up until the Day of Redemption, and eternal life, to come forth in morning of the first resurrection, with thy husband, thy posterity, thy parents, and a host of relatives, and with the saints enjoy the blessings of the Celestial Kingdom, in the authority of the Holy Priesthood, and in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
