Brother *****, according to your faith and according to your faithfulness, and according to your faithful desires, I humbly lay my hand upon you head, and through the power and the authority of the holy Melchizedek Priesthood, and through the most holy name in all Israel and all creations, even that of Jesus Christ, seal upon you your sacred Patriarchal Blessing.

I bless you and say unto you, Brother *****, that your mission in the earth is likened unto the one of that great individual after whom you are named, even Adam, the ancient one. For you have been called before this earth was ever created to be a servant, to be a priesthood holder, to be a messenger of truth and righteousness, to be a husband, to be a father, to be a leader in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, to come to know the Prophet and the Apostles, to journey throughout the length and the breadth of the earth as a messenger of truth and righteousness. For this reason, you come through the loins and blood of the faithful, even through the loins of Ephraim, the son of Joseph.

You have previously been chosen and now will be ordained and set-a-part to teach, to expound the gospel of Jesus Christ unto those who sit in darkness from the various nations of the earth. You will feel the power of this holy calling and you will see those who sit in darkness come unto the light of the gospel. Their very countenance will change and you will rejoice, for you will deliver unto them hope and vision as to why they are here, from whence they have come, and where they are going. You will give them the hope of Eternal Life; you will give them hope of eternal family relationship; you will given them the hope of enjoying all of the blessings of the holy temple. I bless you, Brother *****, in this great work.

I bless you that your faith will fail you not, but it will grown and flourish for I seal upon you the gift of faith. Faith in God, faith in self, faith in family, faith in all mankind, and faith in all things to which God has to do. I bless you that through righteousness this faith will be strengthened and it will lift you and edify you. Even nations of the earth will be blessed through their citizens because of your faithful blessings to them.

I bless you with health and with strength. I bless you that you will be able to think and comprehend, to see, to smell, to taste, to hear, to feel. I bless you that you will be able to 'run and not be weary and walk and not faint'. I bless you and say unto you to not take anything into your body which will alter your mind or your body. But, observe strictly the Word of Wisdom as given by the Lord unto His Prophet.

I bless you, Brother *****, as you live day by day the principles of the gospel that you will see day by day their truthfulness, and you will see the earth and the inhabitants thereof accept these true principles as taught from the foundations of the earth by all righteous generations, by all covenant bearing people of the Lord.

You will see great changes. You will see the church move forward as never before. You will accept new and divine scriptures as received by a Prophet by revelation. You will see greater acceptance of the Book of Mormon and the histories thereof. You will live in a glorious generation. One more glorious than ever before seen by the eyes of man or felt by the hearts of man. You will live in the time of which Prophets have prophesied even from the days of Adam. You will be a participant, a partaker of both heaven and earth. For I bless you that you will prosper in the land and that you will become a husband and a father; that you will kneel at sacred altars and there be sealed to a daughter of Zion of your choice.

I bless you as a father that you will stand and lead, guide, and direct, the affairs of your home in righteousness. That you will be tender, loving and caring unto your children. I bless you that your home will be a bastion of peace and safety unto which your family can come and find peace and contentment. Completely separated from the contemptuous spirit of the world. Oh, I bless you, Brother *****, with every righteous desire of your heart. I bless you and say unto you that they will come in their time and in their season through your faith and your faithfulness.

I bless you with a greater understanding of the scriptures as you read and study them. That you will understand and comprehend them. That you will see yourself walking and talking with the ancient as well as the modern day Prophets. And that you will desire to be as they, and do as they, and be like unto them in every way.

All of these rights, all of these privileges, all of these blessings are sealed upon you this day through you faith and through your faithfulness.

I seal you up to come forth in the morning of the First Resurrection clothed with glory, immortality, and with the right to pursue Eternal Life. I bless you on that day, Brother *****, that you will take your loved ones by the hand and lead them past the Angels and the Gods unto a throne of righteousness forever and ever. And there with your own eyes see father Adam, the ancient one, the father of all nations, kindred, tongues and people enthroned in glory forever and ever. May you be likewise for it is all sealed upon you this day through your faith and through your faithfulness and through the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, even so, Amen.
