Elizabeth, in the name of Jesus Christ I lay my hands upon thy head to bless thee with a father's blessing. I seal upon thee the blessings of life and health, and thou shalt live upon the Earth and see good times and go forth and perform all the duties that are required of thee and assigned for thee to perform on the Earth. I bless thee with the spirit of prophecy, that thy mind may increase in understanding from this time forth, that thou mayest go forward and not backward and be prepared for the great things that shall take place upon the Earth. I bless thee with long life and thou shalt live to see the closing up scene if thou desirest it. If not thou shalt live as long as thou desirest life. Thou shalt be blessed to this end and be inspired by the spirit that shall lead thee into all truth. When thou hast finished thy work upon the Earth thou shalt be sealed up in the kingdom of our God and dwell among the just and sanctified. Thou art of the lineage of Ephraim and of the blood of Joseph. These blessings I seal upon thee in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Sister Elizabeth, by virtue of the holy priesthood I lay my hands upon thy head and ask God the Eternal Father for his spirit to rest upon thee and fill thee with the influence thereof, and give thee strength of body and mind, and make the equal unto every task, and strength and grace sufficient for thy day. Thou art of the house of Israel and entitled through obedience to the gospel to many blessings which thou shalt receive in the tribe of Ephraim, which was the lineage of thy forefathers for whom thou hast to do. Be of good cheer, for the Lord knoweth the secrets of thy heart and will reward thee for the trials through which thou hast passed, and thou shalt be blessed in the labor of thy hands and shall not lack for food, raiment, and shelter. Seek to do good and thou shalt have the spirit of counsel and be blessed in thine outgoings and incomings and thy basket and store. Thy table shall be spread with the bounties of the Earth and thou shalt impart unto the needy.

Thou art numbered with the mothers in Israel and thy name shall be had in remembrance among the saints and written in the Lamb's book of life. Thy children shall be a comfort unto thee in thine old age. Therefore be of good cheer, for thy last days shall be thy best days. This with all thy former blessings I seal upon thy head and I seal thee up unto eternal life to come forth in the morning of the first resurrection with many of thy kindred and friends. Even so, Amen.
